Terms of Purchase

These terms explain how the WinTravel online purchase journey works. They are a buyer-facing draft and must be validated by WinTravel legal counsel before live sales.

Nature of the service

WinTravel presents international medical and travel assistance options based on the applicable policy documents, welcome kit and general conditions. Benefits shown on the website are summaries for convenience only. The insurance policy, general conditions, eligibility rules, exclusions and benefit schedule prevail.

Payment and issuance

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Unless WinTravel confirms otherwise in writing, payment should be treated as a request pending eligibility verification and certificate / membership-card issuance. A successful payment does not override policy eligibility rules or exclusions.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate traveler identity, residency, destination, travel-period and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay issuance or affect eligibility.

Use of documents

The buyer should review the benefit policy, welcome kit and general conditions before purchase, especially emergency contact instructions, claim procedures, exclusions, reimbursement requirements and territorial scope.

Draft notice: final wording must be reviewed against the executed insurance distribution, data protection and assistance agreements before accepting live payments.
