Medical and travel conditions
Some medical, travel, war, professional, high-risk activity, document-loss, cancellation or liability situations may be excluded or subject to specific conditions. The official policy wording prevails.
Emergency assistance
In a medical or travel emergency, the traveler should contact TSM Assistance using the membership-card number as soon as possible so assistance can coordinate appropriate support.
Claims documentation
Reimbursement and claim requests generally require supporting documents, invoices, reports, travel evidence and completed forms. Missing documentation can delay review.
Draft notice: final wording must be reviewed against the executed insurance distribution, data protection and assistance agreements before accepting live payments.
